IPTV Subscriptions is the only service we provide

VSTREAMIPTV is not responsible for the Video/Audio content and does not guarantee nor claim any rights to the content.

VSTREAMIPTV is merely a distributor for many streaming services.

Channels & VOD in packages may be updated, changed, or removed at anytime.

The responsibility of VSTREAMIPTV is limited to activating the subscription for the agreed-on period and sending a screenshot showing the expiration date to the client’s registered email address as proof.

1 subscription = 1 connection; each subscription cannot have more than one device; any attempt to have more than one device simultaneously cancels your subscription.

If applicable, clients must provide information about their devices, such as the type, model, application, and MAC address.

If the purchase order does not contain device information, we will send m3u format, which will not and will not be altered in any way.

We expect maintenance to be performed on our providers’ servers occasionally, and the timeframe is not estimated; IPTV services may experience buffering, freezing, and content not working.

The client is responsible for understanding IPTV’s nature and how it works.

Any IPTV package can be substituted for another if one is not available.

IPTV subscription credentials are usually delivered within six to 24 hours after receiving payment.

For IPTV Resellers, VSTREAMIPTV only provides the IPTV Reseller Panel information and credit points as agreed.

We don’t handle IPTV Reseller panel issues, and we won’t provide support.

Subscriptions:

TV subscription codes purchased from our website are guaranteed to be activated for the agreed-upon period; screenshot showing IPTV subscription code Subscription If there is an issue with the servers, stopping or not working content we cannot control, information and the expiration date will be sent to the client’s registered information. Feel free to contact us; our team will do our best to fix the issue.

VSTREAMIPTV is not responsible for subscriptions purchased from IPTV receiver boxes of the wrong type.

SERVICE CANCELLATION/HOLD:

No notification is required if you wish to cancel or place your subscription on hold. Once your current subscription expires, your subscription will be canceled or placed on hold. You will not be charged for cancellation or suspension.

CONTENTS & OTHER SERVICE PACKAGES:

It is possible for the provision of any package to vary, and we may add or remove any service at any time.

VSTREAMIPTV is a transporter of services only. It is, therefore, impossible to change a service (add/remove) according to the broadcasting laws. According to the law, the broadcaster can only add or remove a channel.

INSURANCE:

VSTREAMIPTV is not an insurance provider.

PAYMENT:

One of the most secure ways to pay online is using Paypal, Stripe, or TransferWise payment gateways.

To get approved by one of our payment gateway processors, you must have a 3D Authenticated Credit or Debit card.

If the transaction fails, you should contact your bank and request that they allow the transaction and enable the 3D authentication method

All parts of the service are subject to these terms & conditions, which you agree to abide by. If you disagree with any part, you cannot access the service.

Purchases:

Third-party services may facilitate payments and purchases. You authorize us to share your information with these third parties by providing it.

The company reserves the right to reject or revoke your order at its discretion for various reasons, including unavailability of products or services, incorrect descriptions or prices, or incorrect information provided.

Your order may be refused or canceled if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

AVAILABILITY, ERRORS, AND INACCURACIES:

As a company, we continually update the products and services we offer. This may result in some product/service information being incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Products or services may be overpriced, inaccurately described, or inaccessible.

Please note that we reserve the right to update or correct information as well as correct omissions or errors at any time without prior notification.

There may be separate rules for contests, sweepstakes, and promotions (collectively called promotions) available through the service. As a condition of registering with us, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and that all the data you provide is current, accurate, and complete. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in your account being immediately suspended.

For example, your account and password must be kept confidential by ensuring your computer and account are password protected. If a third-party service or our service uses your account or password, we will be responsible for any activities or actions taken under your credentials. Should you become aware of a security breach or unusual activity of your account, please let us know immediately.

Without appropriate authorization, you may not use the name of another person or entity as a username or trade name unless you have their permission or the name or trademark is protected by their rights. You may not use offensive, vulgar or obscene terms as a username.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, remove or edit content, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

It assumes no responsibility for third-party websites or services’ content, privacy policies, or practices. We are not responsible for the offerings of any of these companies or individuals.

Termination:

Under our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, we may cancel or suspend your account and prevent you from accessing the service at any time, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to failing to comply with our terms of service.

You may stop using the service if you wish to terminate your account.

All provisions of the terms and conditions intended to survive termination shall survive cancellation, including ownership provisions, warranty provisions, indemnities, and liability restrictions.

INDEMNIFICATION:

In the event of any claim, damage, obligation, damage, liability, cost, debt, or expense resulting from or arising from VSTREAMIPTV, its licensee and licensors, as well as their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, will be defended, indemnified, and held harmless.

There are no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific use, and intellectual property protection.

Exclusions:

The restrictions above may not apply to you because certain jurisdictions forbid the limitation or exclusion of warranties or obligations for consequential or other damages.

Governing Law:

SWEDEN’s laws shall govern and construe these terms/conditions without regard to its principles of conflict of laws.

It will not be considered a waiver of your rights if we fail to enforce any provision of these terms & conditions. If a court finds any provision of these terms/conditions invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. The terms and conditions will constitute our entire agreement regarding our service, and replace and supersede any previous agreements.
